STORY

In the mid 1950s, founder Mr.Takei Kimoto started his business as a Japanese candy manufacturer in Tokyo.
In 1984, his son and our current president, Kouichiro Kimoto remodelled the business
as a fresh Western dessert manufacturer “Domremy” named after a village in France.
And it didn't take much time until his insatiable curiosity and
dreams attracted new customers and the company has successfully grown to
deliver fresh desserts daily to its nationwide customers.
Then in 2019, we took next step to achieve GFSI certification and started export program with frozen desserts.
In 2024, our newest factory started its operation in Takasaki, Gunma.
This factory is not only big and conveniently located, it's also equipped with the container
loading dock and extended frozen storage which allows us to accelerate the export program.

PRODUCTS

We produce over a hundred SKUs everyday as
our domestic programs changes on monthly basis.
For the export, we carefully select ingredients
to follow regulations in the diversified
markets we're shipping to.
All of our export products are
free from PHO(Partially Hydrogenated Oil)
and usage of food additives is minimal.

for our customers utilizing 40 years of expertise in fresh desserts.
